About us...

Thai Boxing (aka Muay Thai) is a sport as well as an effective martial art. It combines the use of kicks, knees, elbows and punches to create a devastating fighting style. Unlike most conventional martial arts, Muay Thai does not require the learning of set routines, making it applicable to real life situations.

The majority of the people who join our club are new to any form of self-defence so experience is not required. It relies on technique rather than brute force and strength. Whether your aim is self-defense, improving your fitness, toning up your body or just general socialising, come along and have a go.

We are a non-competitive club so the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Socials occur regularly so you can get to know your fellow Thai boxers better.

+++ Membership is £6, then £2 per session +++

(However, as our training sessions take place in the Sports Centre, you need to be a member of the Sports Centre or pay £5 entry everytime)
